BALLOON RIDE INFORMATION
We invite you to join us for a sunrise lift off over the beautiful Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival. Marvel at the site of 40-50 hot air balloons floating effortlessly over the Temecula Valley wine country in Southern California.
Soar above the crowds with A Grape Escape Balloon Adventure the ONLY OFFICIAL BALLOON RIDE OPERATOR FOR THE 2013 Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival.
PRICE and AMENITIES:
Saturday, June 1st, 2013: $210.00 per person
Sunday, June 2nd, 2013: $200.00 per person

Sorry, no discounts or gift vouchers accepted during this special event. Parking is not included ($5.00 car $10.00 bus/RV).
CHILDREN: Must be 48 inches tall to participate, and must be accompanied on the flight by an adult. Children are the same price as adults.
TIME: Check in for flights will be 5:30 AM SHARP! Gates to the Festival open at 5:30 AM. This is the only time of day that flights are offered. Balloon launch will be between 6:00 – 7:00 AM. Balloons MUST land by 8:30 AM due to weather conditions.
DURATION: Flight duration is approximately 45-60 minutes in length. You will fly with approximately 40-50 colorful hot air balloons over the Lake Skinner Festival grounds. Sights include breathtaking views of Lake Skinner and the Temecula wine country.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are available 24 hours a day on our secure website, or contact our office at 951-699-9987 to reserve your festival flight over the phone. Reservationists are available Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation.
CANCELATIONS: In the event that your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please notify our office (951) 699-9987 a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Cancelations less than 72 hours, failure to show up on the morning of the flight or arrivals at the festival after 6:00 AM will result in a FULL FARE charge.
GENERAL BALLOON INFORMATION
TETHERED FLIGHTS: Tethered flights will be offered for FREE on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd, weather permitting starting after the balloons launch at approximately 6:30 - 7:00 AM. Tethered flights will be available for two hours or as long as weather permits. Flights are available on a first come first served basis. Lines will form next to the tethered balloons.
BALLOON GLOWS: Balloon glows will take place starting at dusk on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st. No reservations are required just show up to enjoy the show!
